Tim Burton's Alice in Wonderland

So its been a while since my last post, other things have been taking priority... mainly the fact that I am a mother to be and the loss of my grandmother... but the news I heard today I needed to share with everyone... 2010 looks like it is bringing us good things... Tim Burton's Alice in Wonderland. I couldn't ask for a better director to recreate this classic. It is expected to be released in theaters March 5, 2010 with a cast including Johnny Depp and Anne Hathaway. Here are some pictures that were released by USA Today... enjoy!

Can't wait to see it: Coraline

I can't wait until February 6th, to see what will be my new favorite movie: Coraline. Based on the best-selling novel, a little girl discovers a secret door in her house that brings her to another version of her life.... this alternate reality seems way better than the one she is living until her "mother" tries to keep her there... seems like many dreams I have had... maybe thats why I am so interested. It could also be that Henry Selick directed it, who also directed some of my favorites like Nightmare before Christmas and Monkeybone (shout out to Diane). 

Don't listen to me, go see it when it comes out. For now, watch the trailer.
