True Story: Men v. Hooters?

Well the rumors are true… a group of men applied to Hooters in Texas, were denied (really?!) and are now filing suit. The leader of the pack, Nikolai Grushevski, must’ve been smoking something good when he came up with this idea. Too bad somebody else was smoking the same thing in 1997, in a similar Hooters lawsuit. Hooters should have saved themselves the trouble, hired these maniacs and let’s see how many tips these men in short shorts make. I would love to see a table full of men react to Nikolai as their “Hooter’s Girl”.

  1. Why should he be denied the opportunity to make good money as a waiter there? Of course any red blooded 22 year old wants to work at Hooters, beer, sports, hot women lots of customers- where else can he make good money in Corpus?

Not only that...but what else are they discriminating about, hair color, race, religion, where does it end???

  2. discrimination should not be illegal for that same reason. if you say "it is illegal to discriminate" then where does it end? if i cant discriminate based on gender, hair color, race or religion, then why am i allowed to discriminate based on intelligence, education, spoken language, or competence? how is the difference in gender any different than a difference in competence in the context of a hooters restaurant? men are certainly not as good at being hot chicks as hot chicks are. so, where does it end?
